It’s been nearly 3 months since I started this lab to explore different questions.
At first, I was exploring a new question roughly every week, while concurrently iterating on existing ones. At some point, I realized that some projects were no longer getting any love or attention, while others were ready for primetime.
So now each project exists in one of three states:
- Operating: graduated beyond the lab, more legit infrastructure, and scaling.
- Exploring: still figuring it out. Live in a small way, but mostly just a prototype.
- Resting: not actively being worked on. Prototype still live, but in maintenance.
Every new project starts in “Exploring”, most will probably end up in “Resting”, and a select few will graduate to “Operating”
