I used to maintain a to-do list because doing things required my time. Every item was a claim on my future attention, so I’d queue things up, prioritize, and make space for them later.
Now I open an AI tool and just ask. The friction of execution is low enough that I don’t need a queue. I can handle things in parallel, delegate in real time, and move on.
I don’t fully know what this shift means yet.
